LG U880 Can someone help me?

Hey, when i plug my phone into my computer and install all of the
software needed to get music off my computer and then on to my phone,
it wont connect it keeps sayin 'cannot open COM port' does anyone know
wot this means? My phone is a LG U880 and im with 3.

Try Bitpim.

try a different com port.
