I upgraded to a VX8300 a while back and now I'd like to donate my VX4500
through Verizon or someone else.
Is there a simple way to clear out all the phone numbers and other user data
from the phone? For instance is there some key combination that erases
everything?
I know you could probably use BitPim, but I haven't been able to find the data
cable for this phone.

Hi Mr. Karp
Try this....in your menu settings look for a security field. You may have
the option to reset or clear the phone.
ps your lock code is either 000000 or 0000 or the last 4 of the number
programed in the phone.
