i have both cell phones, unfortunetly i can't comment on the reference
your looking for because i do not use those features, hopefully someon
with experence using those features with the V3m or 8300 can help out.
will say that i am very happy with both of those phones

AFIK, the V3x is hackable. Google it. Unfortunately, althought the V3x
are good phones, they are cobbled by the keys on the margins.
Supposedly, one can train oneself to avoid the keys when opening the
phone.  Good luck with it.
