LG VX8300 or Motorola RAZR V3m

Verizon has speical going on now on both the VX8300 and Razr 3m right
now.
Both buy one and get same phone free. My 2 year contract is up so
looking at getting new phone. Need help on which phone is the best and
can do more things with. Things that I would like out of a phone.

1. Bluetooth
2. Speaker Phone
3. Bluetooth head set.
4. Mp3 ring tones
5. MP3 player
6. Be able to connect my pda to interent thru bluetooth phone as
modem.
7. Games
8. Hack phone to load games, music etc......

Thanks any input would be nice, have to order monday. Sale goes off
then.

To get the deal (free phone), you have to have another line eligible for an
upgrade, right?

The Razr in all of its incarnations is a very good phone EXCEPT for the
keys on the outside of the phone. It is very difficult to open the phone
without pressing one of these keys unless you TRAIN yourself. When I was
last at the Vz kiosk at Circuit City, all three of the Vz reps admitted
that they hated the Razr for this very reason.  IMO, the Moto i365 is a
very good alternative.
