Why would I be elimated for?? I have not let any company secrets out..
Heck, I dont even KNOW any yet. I can offer my help outside of work. I
just can't access your accounts or nothin, but I can bring questions to
my managers for answers.

We'll see.

My company's watching me... don't think VZW isn't watching you, waiting
for you to make one slip.

Be careful.

Ok whatever ya say man.. The thing is is I dont give out info i'm not
suppose to. I don't access accounts of people from here, nothing that
can get me in trouble. I can assist people with questions related to
service and features, and try to pass along ideas or concerns that vzw
customers have. I'm not part of a very big group here at vzw, I am part
of the welcome call group.. all we do is make calls to as many new vzw
subscribers as we can and welcome them to vzw, and try to correct any
mistakes on the account before they have a big effect on things.

You have never called me to welcome me to Verizon, and I have three lines.

I get your junk mail every time I change price plans, change a feature, or
call to bitch about the incessant overcharges, but I never got a welcome
call. You guys have obviously dropped the ball.

Oh.. I thought Dublin took over all of the welcome center functions.
God knows the third party group out of Arizona was COMPLETELY useless.
They would xfer calls to care, on a routine basis, with customers that
had questions like "What is the coverage area" or "How many minutes do I
have"
I wonder what they actually DID!?

I dunno bud.. Id be careful if I were you
Methinks that if you went to your sup and said
"Hey, some random guy on ACV just posted ______ and was
wondering............"
Youd find your stuff packed at the end of your shift, and be escorted
out of the building as if a terrorist

Sad part is I work for Comcast and that came through spelled like that on a
internal broadcast email. Not for the whole company, just the county, but still
funny.  I thought this guy was doing it to avoid spam.

No, comcrap.net.  Been there done that.  The Cingular of cable

Just go to www.vtext.com, sign up for text messaging from the
website, and there's a screen in there that will allow you to block up to 15
specific e-mail addresses or domain names, or categories of messages, such
as all from internet.  I'm with VZW, myself.
