Yes, but you must have UNMOLESTED firmware the carrier-of-your-choice has
NOT tampered with in his attempt to FORCE you to download those pictures
from the phone THROUGH HIS MONEY MACHINE. Comparing identical E815
Motorola cameraphones, we find menu selections that copy pictures and
music from the internal memory to the microSD card conspicuously missing
from certain carriers' phones while other have them, unmolested.
For instance, here is a list of Picture Menu selections on my Alltel E815
phone bought a couple of months ago:

When SWITCH STORAGE DEVICE is switched to Phone Memory:
Apply As Ringtone
is added to the Sounds Menu. To make ANY MP3 or Wav file into a
ringtone, you simply copy or move it from the microSD card to internal
memory and click Apply As Ringtone. You then can pick which ringtone
this file is to be played with...main, one of the other alarms, or an
individual caller on your phonebook list. (I have the theme song from
Dragnet assigned to one of my friends who is a Police Detective...(c;)
He is not allowed to make Dragnet one of his ringtones on his carrier,
which is not Alltel.
How stupit dat be?
When one has "captured" a picture and clicks STORE, the selections are:

Apply as Screen Saver
I save all pictures to the 1GB microSD, the largest card E815 supports.
Some of these are missing from other carrier's Motophones, too.
Check yours. Are there any missing from my phone??
No firmware hacking has been done to this Alltel phone.....

out how to stop Diebold from changing my votes.
