A Michigan state judge has approved a settlement of a class-action suit
against Verizon Wireless entitling about 2 million mobile-phone users in
the Detroit area to free airtime and other compensation.

If only the CSR had entered "CR02" in the PROMN screen in the billing
system.. THIS is why theres such a bad taste for CSRs in general, its
because they dont CARE enough to seek out information on their job,
theyre just there for a paycheck.
