Not that I want to get into a devil's advocate position with you, but of course not. You should be measuring value by what what you need vs. what you're getting for the money you spend. So, for example, if the cheapest plan A is $10/month but only allows you 30 minutes/month and then charges $1.00/minute after that, but plan B offers you 60 minutes/month for $20, and you really need more than 30 minutes/month, did you truly get the cheapest plan? Actually I didn't but I see that now. Thanks for pointing it out. However, I didn't click on the link because it was the premise behind the post I was responding to, not the info on the link.
