... Isn't the cheapest cell phone plan the one with the smallest bill
at the end of each month? It makes sense to me...

Not that I want to get into a devil's advocate position with you, but of
course not. You should be measuring value by what what you need vs. what
you're getting for the money you spend.

So, for example, if the cheapest plan A is $10/month but only allows you 30
minutes/month and then charges $1.00/minute after that, but plan B offers
you 60 minutes/month for $20, and you really need more than 30
minutes/month, did you truly get the cheapest plan? Only if you're
disciplined enough to watch that 30 minute/month clock.

If you use 39 or less minutes a month - plan A is cheaper $19.
If you use 41 or more minutes a month - plan B is cheaper $20.
If you use 40 minutes a month - they are the same $20.

Very good.  You get an A on the exam...   :-)

I have 5 cell phones and never get a bill. Pre-paid.

You do realize you are responding to a spammer who was encouraged by
Google to get click revenue?

Actually I didn't but I see that now. Thanks for pointing it out.  However,
I didn't click on the link because it was the premise behind the post I was
responding to, not the info on the link. The figures I provided were made up
by me and any relationship to the link's data would be purely coincidental.

Thanks again.
