Do not dial the country code.

Dial 9 if you need to for an outside line, then 1908.......  It might
also work without the `1' in front.  011 is for international
calls, it expects a country code next.

011 isn't the USA's country number, 1 is!
I don't see country code 011 on any of my lists...

Centrex, both of which are easily tapped by the government

calls...SECURE.  That may help convince the company to get
everyone Skype to bypass the phone company ripoff.
