I just recently bought a LG VX4500. The speakerphone sometimes crackles
when it is switched to speakerphone mode. It does not do it all the time.
I am within my 15 day purchase period. will I be able to exchange this
phone for a new on. Same model of course. And if I can exchange the phone
will it be for a brand new one or will it be a refurbed?

A refurbed 4500??? Give me a break, the phone just came out.

You should ask customer care.
I returned my v60s with a defect, and never got a replacement. My 270c's
are good for a few more years anyway.
