Hello, bought the VX4500. Absolutely love the phone. However, I had to
take one back within my 15 day trial period because the speakerphone did not
work properly. They gave me a new one without any problem. The new one
that I received works fine with the exception of the #5 key on the keypad.
When pressed it only presses if pushed in on the left side of the key. It
dose not make the clicking sound like all the rest of the keys. My
question, is can I take the phone back for another exchange for another
VX4500? I am really particular my cell phones and want them to be flawless.
What are my options if I have any? I am currently about 25 days into a one
year contract. Thanks.

In general the 15 day trial period is to see if you like the
phone or not. If not you can take it back and do a different
model phone (with the appropriate price adjustment). In
your case(s) the phone was/is defective. You should have
no problem taking it in and having it replaced. Since you
are out of your 15 day trial period you won't have the option
of replacing it with a different model phone.
Since you purchased the phone from VZW (?) this should
be the case for the first year while the phone is under
manufacturer warrantee.

As far as I know, you're covered under the original warranty, or 30
days from replacement, whichever is longer.

I think if you purchase from Verizon you can return for exchange within
the first year.

Why are u asking on here.........????? Ask the people you bought
the phone from....................Most phones come with a one year
warranty.
