What are some of the phones with good camera features? One that can
take some good shots in a car accident would be good.

A link to some of the pictures taken would be best to make my
judgement.

If one is taking pictures *in* a car accident, would it be safe to
assume the taking of the picture was a contributing cause of the
accident?:)
