I have to read my e-mail several times a day.  Sometimes it contains 2 Meg
PDF files.  I am trying to find the smallest portable way to do this.
Should I use an Aid-Card in a laptop?  I believe the blackbery is just text,
so that is out.  Use my Verizon cell as the modem for a laptop and dial up
to my Webmail account?  How fast can that be?  Would i have to run Exchange
on my base machine?  Any ideas would be appreciated.

Using my Nokia 3589i as a modem on the Express Network (AC plan), I get
typically 60 to 80 kbps.  Recently, it has been even higher, which may be
due to setting the MTU to 1500 on my WinXP notebook.   There has been no
problem with 600 kbyte attachments, but don't know if it would choke at 2
Meg or not.
