Sure it does, because Breezy isn't hearing what he/she wants to hear.
Personally, I'd be happy if Breezy just went away. Breezy has already
proven to be an obnoxious twit who doesn't listen to people's advice.

There's nothing stopping you from creating your own newsgroup.

From your link:
"In unmoderated newsgroups, the local news server software normally
makes messages posted to the newsgroup available for reading soon
after they are posted, and the messages then spread to other news
servers over the next few days.
In a moderated newsgroup, the local news server software
will automatically e-mail the message to a moderation address,
where a moderator acts as a gatekeeper, posting to the newsgroup
only those messages which the moderator allows to be posted."
From democracy to monarchy???
Hell no.
If you don't like certain posters or subjects, get a good newsreader with
filters. OE Express sucks.

How was a post I originated and cross posted (I know bad form) a few weeks
back blocked in these unmoderated alt.cellular... newsgroups? I am sure I
will get a whole spectrum of answers on this question. "just the facts
MaaM" OK? :)
It was showing on the server where I posted it, but blocked from circulating
to other servers worldwide for a day at least? I never could figure out how
"they" did that.

The issue may reside with your USENET provider (or a another). Often, they run
programs like Colt 45 which will automatically issue cancel requests to
the message if you post to a certain group. The issue is probably that
you crossposted to a group that does not allow crossposting ... and thus
a CANCEL message was automatically issued against your post. Some
providers ignore CANCEL requests and some do not. Check out
allnews.readfreenews.net (use port 120 or 80) as a source of text and
you will see text archives in USENET that does not honor cancel requests
(and thus, your message will probably be there).
