A friend, although not technically vision-impaired, is having a hard time
reading the display on his phone. He's a mechanic, keeps the phone in his
pocket, and doesn't really want a flip-phone.

What he needs is a sturdy, easy to use candy bar phone with a nice big
display. He won't use any extra features, just wants to make and receive
calls. Tri-mode would be nice, but isn't a deal-killer.

Is there a current Verizon phone which has a superior display? I love my
v60s, but the display graphics are not good for him, plus it's a flip. A
flip wouldn't last a week with this guy.

By the way, if there's any fairly recent phone with a really good display,
we could always pick one up on eBay used. He doesn't care if it's the latest
or the greatest.
