I'd like to have a cellphone that audibly
announces caller ID info via the headset
whenever it receives a call.  For example,
if a call came in with caller ID 412-667-3839, the
phone's voice would speak "4-1-2-6-6-7-3-8-3-9",
and if the call was from a number with blocked
caller ID, the phone's voice would speak "private".

Does this exist on any phone in any country?
