I am planing to get a new phone to replase the T720.

I need a phone with better quality than the T720.

I like the LG6000 and the Sumsung 530.

1. Better earpice.
2. better signal.
3. better battery.
4. better screen.

TIA

Jorge

to your questions: #1 is lg 6000 is louder,#2 is the same in my area
,both pull signal in same, even in areas were 720 always tried to go
analog,#3 both last about the same for me.#4 the lg6000 has the better
screen especially in direct sun light it doesnt wash out like a530 and
lg4400 and 720 would do.but it will depend on if you will be in digital
areas all the time or not,if not you may want to look at getting the
lg4400 ,but you can always try them out for the 15 day bit,to see which
will work best in your area, iam in the football hall of fame city and
they all work great here, better than a few other companys service that
dont work very good in this area.

I'm in the same situation contemplating between A530 and VX6000. I'm
leaning towards A530 simply because it's noticeably smaller and lighter
and that's of the most importance to me. Otherwise after playing with
both phones at the store and reading manuals frankly VX6000 seems more
solid in features and implementation even not counting the camera.

My main gripes with A530, that very well could be imagined, are:

1. Voice dial is assigned to separate from phonebook numbers and not to
phonebook entries like in VX6000. That's screwed meaning you have to
enter and maintain same number twice.

2. Phonebook entry name is limited to just 12 characters.

3. Menus and screen refresh seem to be very slow.

But as I said I like small size and weight. Maybe I'm wrong in A530
gripes above. Any comments from owners?

If you wait until the later in the year, you can probably get the
Samsung camera phone and have the best of both worlds.

Is it just me, or is the Samsung camera phone ugly? I just bought the
vx6000 a week ago. I love it!!! I have only dropped 1 call in my
apartment, where the service fluxuates alot. The volume on the 6000 is
so loud, I literally have to have my volume on low so I don't blow my
ear out.

The only possible con to the vx6000 is that it doesn't have a flash for
the camera. However, the phone allows you to adjust the white balance,
which can help. Most of my pictures are pretty clear. Its not a big
issue for me since I have a regular camera anyway.

If anyone wants a picture so you can see for yourself, send your email
address to: testgirl@vtext.com and I'll send you one.

I'm fascinated by the people who complain that the camera doesn't have
a flash.  IT'S A TELEPHONE!!   The fact that it has a camera is
incredible.

I have to admit though that I'm pissed that I can't watch DVDs on it.
