I buy at the outlet store, where I can get it NOW, and I can return it NOW
if necessary. If they don't have what you want in the retail store, there's
a counter where they will pull it from the warehouse for you, and I pay
less for the gas to drive four miles out there than I would for shipping.

Like I said, these were in the closeout room. They have plastic bands
around the boxes so people won't open them to make sure they have all the
accessories and thereby lose (or steal, I suppose) the accessories. I
bought one for $75 a month ago.
Besides stuff they're tired of sitting on and just want to dump, the
closeout room also has various things in questionable condition: computers,
monitors, printers, etc. that were bought and returned and *not*
recertified, may or may not have all the accessories, parts, manuals,
disks, etc.
