Does anyone have a copy of a UPC from a LG VX6000? I have a $180 rebate that I can not claim because the box to my phone was thrown away. Yeah, they need that whole sticker shpeal that goes along with the UPC. IIRC, there were three different "things" on the sticker that we had to mail in for our 6100 rebates. It had the UPC, ESN, ... umm... I dunno... but yeah, what that d00d said is right. Chances are, your copy won't work. Good luck though, sorry to hear about your trashed box. The form actually specifies a photocopy of the receipt. Fortunately, this rebate is from the store, not the manufacturer, so I think I have a pretty good shot if I can find one. The rebate form specifies a photocopy of the UPC, not the original. The Verizon store told me that the serial number is listed with the UPC #, but I figure I can always Photoshop my serial # in.
