I'd like to suggest that if you own a V265 that there is a problem with the
Belt Clip provided.
There is a major design flaw with the clip. A minor pressure by bumping
against something will dislodge the phone from the clip. After having a V60
with clip for two years and no problems I came to like it very much.
However, I lost the 265 in the lake at a marina after brushing against a
roof support. Now $150 lighter I just hate to see others have the same
fate.

Yup, I agree. I dumped the convenient belt clip and replaced it with a
leather holster. The holster is more cumbersome, but at least I haven't had
to retrace my steps (as I did previously) to retrieve my 'phone.

Thanks for the warning (actually two).
1. The clip is poor.
2. Don't wear phones on a clip where you can't pick up the phone if it falls.

There are a group of scuba divers here that do an annual underwater trash
pickup.
The largest number of items they find on the bottom are cellphones. The
Verizon dealer verified that too.
