Fine. Then you won't have to worry about being cuffed

In the mean time, research "SPAM" and what (some) ISPs
do to their customers who send it.

no, my real name isn't John Smith and my email is not a
someone@microsoft.com either.. everytime I use newsgroup i end up with a lot
of spam in my inbox, so i dont use my real name here nor real email.. is it
something against the rules too??

No, but you are posting something that has nothing to do with this
newsgroup.  It's not illegal but it's damn annoying.  Either you're bored or
you don't have a clue that nobody will care about this freeipod crap.
