Hello all;

My husband decided to play King Kong with his VX6100 and cracked the
external caller ID screen. I called LG & they advised that Verizon
needs to service the phone, otherwise it will void the warranty.

I called Verizon when I received the parts, & the tech at my local
store advised me that they don't repair phones any longer (WTF?!) and
that I could do it myself with an eyeglass repair kit.

So... does anyone know where I can locate step-by-step instructions for
repairing a cracked caller ID screen on the VX6100? I've Googled this
but haven't found anything.
