This may not be the correct place to ask this question, but I'm not
sure what to do.  When I use my phone to take a picture there is a
small black dot on the picture.  The same thing happens when I record a
video, ecxept the black spot is slightly larger and in another place.
This only happens when I use my camera/video.  I've tried to clean the
lense, but that hasn't helped.   It really is not a big deal, but it is
annoying.  I was wondering if anybody has had similar problems with a
camera phone or knows any possible solutions.  Thank you.  I appologize
if this post is off-topic.

Sounds like cold pixels in the camera CCD.  The only way to fix it is to replace the CCD, usually a manufacturer process.  I hope yours is still in warrenty; if so, get it exchanged.
