Help: Treo 650 Beeping at odd times

I have a new Treo 650 and the unit beeps, two short beeps, at odd
times! I do not see a message, so I can not determine why the phone
is beeping. What I want is to stop this from occurring at 4am!

I checked for voice mail, messages, etc. but there are none.

Ideas on how to stop this?

my treo 700 makes that sound as a reminder for an outlook appointment.
