Camera Phone(s) Higher Than 1.5 Mpixels?

So far the recommendations here have been great! But I am wondering, is
there yet a phone that can do higher than 1.5 Megapixels? The Motorola one
you all recommended seems to be the best so far that I can find - or am I
just looking in the wrong places??

The only phone I know of that VZW sells with a > 1.5mp camera is the Samsung
970. It has a 2mp camera which can also take videos. Haven't used it myself
so I can't say how good it is, but it came out last September and I've seen
the price fall to around $100-$150 AR at Best Buy lately.

Also, check out Walt Mossberg's website for a comparison of 3
multi-megapixel phones on the market--one of which is the Samsung A970. This
column was written buy someone else since Walt is on vacation.
