By my experience, this company is severly lacking experienced software
programmers for it's cell phones and has been for years, they can't even
properly spell in the menus or get their schedulers / calendars to work
properly when programmed for recurring alarms past 1 week, plus other quirks
that they seem to be oblivious of when contacted. (vibrate / ring related)
"Oh we have never heard of that before" they say, right, I've only called
about this several times plus my first email went un answered for over 2
years!
I would use caution if considering a purchase of anything else they produce,
especially if it is expensive, as they don't seem to be too interested in
supporting (or know how to support) what they produce.

Yeah, it takes three years. Don't be so impatient.

I like LG phones because of the support. The last time I upgraded I was
interested in a particular feature. I called Motorola and got a third
party in who knows where who could only read the manual to me. I called
LG and got a very knowledgeable company person who wasn't sure but had
me hold on for a minute and got the model I wanted, fired it up and
verified my question.
