LG VX8300 mp3, wma as ringtone

I've got an LG VX8300, and I've read that wma's and mp3's can be sent to the
phone to be used as ringtones, but I haven't been able to do this. My best
so far has been to send a wma to the phone, but I can't select it as a
ringtone. Any advice?

maybe mp3 to ringtone gold can help you , download it at
