Maybe I am behind the times; however, does anyone know of software that will
permit a wireless-networked PC to dial out on an AllTel cell phone, i.e.
execute the dialing function only?

Every 10 minutes, it completely disconnects from MobiTV and asks:
"Continue watching TV?"
to which you must press YES.
It then reconnects to Alltel, which reconnects to MobiTV, then reloads

Motorola has a Software Update for the Alltel KRZR on their Support
