I have had some random resets w/the said phone (SCH-u520).  I've
replaced it twice.  On Friday I was calling customer service and it
recycled and I lost my place in the "line".  The Samsung has one LED
on either side, but only the left one works.  I heard conflicting

Alltel is starting to bug me to replace my old, non-E911, StarTAC.  I
suspect that it is a good idea as it will fail someday, and they have
some pretty good incentives ... 2 yr price, another $50, no contract
(actually not an issue).  Four chargers, 1 useless spare phone, and 5
