I'm on a NC/SC regional plan and have been for years.  $39.95 for 800
minutes, free N/w, free LD, free M2M, voicemail, and the usual set of

Don't know exactly when it happened (other than to say it was
definitely well after their self imposed 3/31/08 deadline), but Alltel
AMPS is now dead in upstate SC.
