| ATTWS coverage in rural areas | 03 Nov 2003 13:22 GMT | 14 |
I am very interested in buying the new Treo 600. I know that Sprint is offering Treo 600 right now but Treo 600 CDMA is a single-band phone. This means that it won't work in rural areas that have analog coverage. I prefer phones that support analog coverage even if data

I'm thinking of upgrading phones. Currently I have a Nokia 8390 but I'd like a phone that combines some features of my palm pilot. My palm pilot is mostly used for contacts, calendar, and Vindigo, which is an entertainment service that gives me restaurant reviews, locations, ...

I live in the San Francisco Bay Area and I bought a Nokia 3595 Go Phone to try the ATT GSM network. The service is not as good as Sprint's. There are several places were you're supposed to get signal but you don't and I also had dropped calls. ATT doesn't let you roam on Cingular ...

The maps don't show it but i thought i might pass it along. There is now complete coverage on I-88 and I-80 from the chicago area to the quad cities. You can roam on T-Mobile for parts of it but is not needed. Kudos to them for adding the coverage. I was able to keep a call from ...
