I have an ongoing bill dispute with ATT Wireless and I have not got any
resolution. I got the form to report a complaint to the Attorney General
in New York. On the form I need an address and a phone number for ATT

While reading back through new articles for statistics on AT&T
Wireless I found following interesting quotes:

Just checking to see if anyone has been able to sync address book and
calendar with their ATTWS Nokia 3620 using Apple's iSync.  With the
V600 being pushed back from Feb 2004 to 1zt Half 2004, I'm looking at

I deleted all numbers from the phone, so should I pull the sim card
out?  Account is closed.  ATT just did not work where I work. Phones
are a Nokia 8390 and a Siemens S46.
Will leaving it in cause me a problem?  It seems buyers want them.

I want to activate a Cingular branded Nokia 2260 on AT&T. I have gone
into long programming (*3001#12345#) and I have changed the Home
System ID, the SOC, and the MIN. Because the SOC change was accepted,
then this phone is not SOC locked.  Now AT&T has an 800 number to do

This is really getting to me. I called ATT last week regarding my delayed voicemail notifications
(some were instant and 30% took up to 3 days to reach me. The lady on the phone reset a bunch of

I was told by several salespeople that AT&T wireless

If that is so, how can it be that AT&T has such a lousy
reputation whereas Verizon is well-liked?

On Sprint I would dial *4 for customer service and to check minutes
remaining. I'm on AT&T and have tried 611, *4, 0 and none seem to
work. Do I have to dial the standard AT&T 800 number for this or is
there a shortcut?

This seems to be where they are going. Does anybody know if they plan an all
cash offer like Cingular? May be time to buy ATT WS stock!
