No roaming charges on National GSM plan !
Apparently they have now (arms length or not) got roaming agreements
with Cingular everywhere.

I am not going to make the move to GSM, mostly because I am happy with
TDMA and AT&T wants to charge me a lot and make me sign a 2 year
contract.  So my question is what is going to happen to the TDMA
customers on month to month?

Tonight my Nokia 3100B was showing Cingular on the screen. It was
alternating with AT&T wireless. I know that ATTWS is now using Cingular
towers in the Philadelphia area. Anyone else have this happen???

I have recently purchased a Nokia 6200 GSM phone (ATTWS).  It is my 1st GSM.
Can I make ringtones from a MP3 or Wave file?  If so, where would I find
detailed instructions how to do this and install them?
Also, are there any other options (txt messaging etc.) for installing

What phones on AT&T's GSM network have the loudest ringtones? I'm asking on
behalf of my sister who bought a Siemens a56i, but can barely her it
ringing, even with the ringer set at full volume. TIA
