checking gsm minutes on phone?20 Jul 2004 07:11 GMT1
Anyway to check like 611 or something?
Rep said to go to mlife and check.  Does this cost for a non mlife sub?
How many methods are there for paying for mlife?
per use?   By the mont?  Mlife seems VERY confusing.
Anybody use Cell Socket?20 Jul 2004 03:39 GMT4
I am interesting in knowing some things about this product. First of all, does
it put out a real dialtone or the 50 vdc that the phone company puts out?
Secondly does it respond to standard dial touchtones the same as a real phone
would or do you have to use a special procedure to ...
newbie has questions on using web with at+t19 Jul 2004 13:17 GMT2
I'm looking at purchasing a t637 Sony/ericsson  phone from
letstalk.com. It's basically a free phone after rebate (a few hoops to
jump through it seems).
I was interested in the AT&T GSM America National $39.99 (GSM) plan

v600 vrs 52516 Jul 2004 15:53 GMT1
I need to get a quad band phone, prefer a flip, which leaves me with about two that really grab my attention: the Moto V600 or the NEC 525.
PhoneScoop gives a higher rating to the V600 while CNET gives the 525 an Editor's Choice mark to the 525.  this leaves me with conflicting ...
Number portability and Amazon deals.16 Jul 2004 06:11 GMT6
My AT&T contract is over... but I am continuing with the service
because ATT+Cingular gives pretty good coverage in bayarea. But I am
thinking of switching my phone to a newer one -- from Amazon.

The GSM Enhanced VM?14 Jul 2004 23:23 GMT1
Switched to GSM, and I love the "hit 8 to reply" feature.
Haven't seen my first bill, but will that be any kind of an addl
charge to use it??
(Also love that "4" to slow the message, and "6" to speed it up....)

Roaming on Cingular in NYC/LI area?11 Jul 2004 18:03 GMT5
Anyone using ATT ever see any roaming on Cingular towers in the NYC/LI area
(or maybe all Cingular roams on ATT in this area??)  I'm just wondering if
ATT is trying to fill in any poor spots in this area.

Is true sync with Outlook possible?11 Jul 2004 03:44 GMT1
I recently got a Nokia 6820 with the intention of getting away from my
Sony Clie (that has a battery life measured in minutes).  To this end
I wanted to be able to sync the phone to MS Outlook -- something which
seems rather reasonable to me.  I went into this thinking in terms of
Collections10 Jul 2004 08:13 GMT11
I was told that when you send a complaint to the FCC disputing a
payment that the wireless carrier is demanding, that carrier cannot
send your file to collections?  Just called the FCC today and the
person there said this was incorrect.  She stated they can send you to

my old V60i. Can I use the V60i power supply for the V300. Reason is
so that I can leave one @ the office to charge the phone. The only
difference I see in the labels is that the Output of the V60i power
