I figured since so many people past about how excited they are about leaving

My plan with AT&T expired and I'm looking to renew but was wondering if I
should switch to Verizon as I've heard they're coverage is much better.  But
I'm not impressed with the phones they have available.  I'm also thinking of
getting a Smart or PDA phone and AT&T just announced ...

I cancelled my ATTWS service today, have a new service with T-mobile on a
Treo 600. I have been a GSM customer in South Africa, UK and USA and ATTWS
is by far the worst provider I have dealt with - both with customer service
and call quality. T-mobile has been superb so far.
