If I have a GIAT (TDMA&GSM) phone on a National Multi-band Plan and use it in an area with both GSM and TDMA, which network will it use? Am I free to override the network? (force GSM or TDMA in a dual coverage area)

Is it exclusive to ATTWS? Does anyone in here have one? At 99 bucks, it is probably a scaled down Blackberry. I could'nt even pick up my e-mail today without a couple of "pop-ups" for OGO jumping out at me. --Lt. Arex

does the national plan let the phone use other networks? here in Portland Oregon I get pretty good coverage except at work in my shop. well that's underground so I can understand it. but I know verizon and t mobile reach that far. right now I have the local plan would the national ...
