I'm currently still using my original ATT Digital One Rate which has an
analog fallback which was rather useful several years ago when ATT's
digital net wasn't as pervasive.    Is Cingular's GSM net sufficiently
flushed out that I won't regret the switch?

Question:  Why are the two still offering different pricing plans? For me
the deal at AT&T is much better but Cingular has cooler/newer technology
