I just spent a week in Southern Oregon. I was very surprised at the good
quality of CDMA coverage I received in relatively remote areas. I
believe that the CDMA came from U.S. Cellular. The GSM coverage was very
poor outside the cities, and I believe it came from Edge Wireless, ...

I live in Southern California.  When I turned my phone on it always said
Cingular.  Today, however, it said AT&T.  I am not talking about the splash
screen when the phone boots up.  That still says Cingular.   I'm talking
about the text on top of the wallpaper on the phone.

Cellphones have erased the hard disk in my head. Now
I'm dumber than a rock. What can I do now???
