Improve iPhone 3G Battery life considerably by getting new firmware. The new iPhone 3G 16GB battery drained very fast with very low usage. Unbelievably pathetic. Everybody online suggests to disable 3G, Wi-Fi, Sync and what not.

As all independent surveys of cellular phone coverage show, Verizon Wireless has far, far, better coverage than AT&T. The problem for the iPhone user is that there is no iPhone available for Verizon's CDMA network, because Verizon turned Apple down when Apple pitched the iPhone
