Notwithstanding the ravages of MNP, can anyone point me to an up-to-date list of
the various 04xx mobile prefixes and their network of birth?
Hint:  The ACA website's claim "The Register of Allocated Numbers at

watched SBS News tonight for 30 mins straight....total GPRS download
6.2Mbytes......jerky.....paused about a dozen times for 2-3
seconds.......but overal its ok...
