I see iSim from optus has released a call rate = AAPT prepaid with even cheaper SMS (about time too, 25c is daylight robbery) & Vodafone are advertising the new call cap plans (but no details yet)... HT3 have had call caps for ages and just as they are (again) trying to move away ...

I remember somebody in this newsgroup saying something about optarse having a usage only plan with no monthly commitment or minimum spend. I have been off contract with optarse for a while and requested to change to this usage only plan.
