Any goss on when Telstra will provide this service? My Telstra Prepaid is languishing in the desk drawer now that I have these services working with competitor prepaids cards. The Telstra prepaid WAP service, served over CSD and time-charged, seems expensive and inconvenient

Report from Australian IT below. The obvious joke aside (further & further behind), it's a bit sensationalist. Your only talking about 7 minutes per base station per month above the target. Then again, that's probably a weighted average across all base stations anyway.

I've just got near real time active sync working over GPRS with my Pocket PC and our exchange server 2003! Has anyone else got this working as it is FANTASTIC. I found the trick was to set up a SMS provider as this is how the sync notifications works. I used
