Does anybody know what the number you should use to call Mobilenet support from your mobile? Somebody, who couldnt remember what it is, tells me there is a number that is free to call from your mobile handset.

I recently took my Nokia 7250i in for repairs at the Nokia Service Centre in Elizabeth Street, Melbourne. The phone was not charging in the Music Stand or CARK-126. In the past I have taken phones there and had a 4 hour turn around, not this time!

IIRC, the charge against Telstra was for promoting "$0 on a $x plan, plus $y monthly repayments in addition to your plan fee", as opposed to promotions without handset repayments - but this article doesn't seem to make that distinction.

What is the legality of changing an ESN / IMEI in Australia? Telstra do it all the time, and so do repair agents licensed by the manufacturer. It is my understanding that it is perfectly legal provided there is no criminal intent behind it.
