I am looking for a carrier which excepts ICQ's SMS's. Most used to but not
any more it seems. I have some Optus ones that used to work but stopped. I
think Vodofone still does. Anyone know of any others?

I'm getting conflicting stories from Telstra about whether a standard
post-paid GSM Telstra SIM will work in a Telstra-supplied Iridium phone.
Story 1:    The GSM SIM won't work at all
Story 2:    The GSM SIM will work but it won't allow communication by
