My wife has hade her mobile for about eighteen months with Optus. Can she
just put any sim card in now and pay at a cheaper pre paid rate ?
No problem with Optus just looking for a better deal.

Some time ago someone posted some URL s for Melbourne Weather Radar to
be used on GPRS.  I have been using it regularly ever since, however
today I ported from Unison (uses Vodafone) to Vodafone Pre-paid and gave
it a go but it says the 'Couldn't reach the indicated web server.

Looks like the unison mobile system is a scam.
When I signed up, they just said that you could have
a $2.75 credit for each of direct debit and bills by
email, total of $5.50 per month, $66 per year.
