But I read a post in another NG which someone did as a joke
saying that it's probably run from someone's living room.....
So what exactly would you need to run a service like this?

Im going to Beijing and Hong Kong for three weeks in December, and would
like a sim that I can use global roaming on. Im currently signed up to iSim,
and they do not have a global roaming option. Any ideas who I can sign up

options re upgrading mobile handsets with pre-paid cards.
I have an old Nokia 3310 from a couple of years ago which I use with Optus
pre-paid. The phone is past the 12 or 18 month minimum so it is no longer

I know there are a few regulars in here on the above plan. I got a
letter a few days ago stating that the minimum spend is goijng from $0
to $9 per month from 01/11/2004. This includes $9 worth of calls.
