What is the most advanced bluetooth carkit? - It has to work with any (Nokia) bluetooth phone and a Nokia 6310i (they all do I assume)? - It should have a display that enables calling anyone in the phonebook.

| Motorola E398 | 05 Oct 2004 14:06 GMT | 2 |
Is anyone using a Motorola E398? I am the hearing impaired chap that posted a message here a few weeks ago about the possibility of finding a speakerphone that was comparable to my Unison WDECT 2300 home phone. This E398 might fill the bill. I went into one of the mobile phone

| Coverage in Warrandyte, Victoria | 05 Oct 2004 06:46 GMT | 40 |
Been at Warrandyte today and had no coverage on my Orange handset for most of the time (not even Telstra coverage). I'm surprised, since I'm pretty sure I used to get good GSM coverage there. Why would Telstra not even have CDMA coverage in this area when there is GSM coverage?

| Siemens mobile reset possible ? | 05 Oct 2004 05:20 GMT | 4 |
I'm having hassles with a Siemens phone (an ST55 in particular) that locks up consistantly with SIM cards in it. I've tried four different cards, from three different carriers, and all the same (yes - all 4 cards work fine in other phones).

| Incoming or Inbound calls charged in Oz? | 02 Oct 2004 09:31 GMT | 3 |
I'm moving to Australia, and I wonder how incoming calls to a mobile phone are charged by Telstra. In the USA inbound calls are considered chargeable and they decrease your balance or time remaining. Is that so in Oz too?

| Nokia 2280 Battery Life | 02 Oct 2004 06:45 GMT | 10 |
I've got a Nokia 2280 CDMA. It's about 4 months old. Its battery life seems to be variable. If left on and not connected to any charging source, it can last between 2 days and a week. It doesn't seem to matter how it's being used, either.

I'm considering buying a camera phone secondhand. Not sure what brand/model I'm gonna end up with yet - maybe a Nokia 7250, or Sharp GX10/15/20, etc. I wanted to ask here, given all the collective experience, how I might be able to check if the phone is reported stolen before I buy ...
