What type of locking is currently applied to the Optus Prepaid Nokia 3120 ($129) handset? Can I insert another Optus prepaid SIM without any dramas? The fineprint would indicate so.

Did something break on Vodafone over the weekend? I have all my local australian numbers stored with a +61 prefix. But it now says that it is barred - are they thinking it is an international call?
