GSM INDOOR REPEATER AVAILABLE?20 Feb 2005 09:01 GMT12
Our GSM reception is crap inside our office building, but fine
outside. I've been looking for an amplifier/repeater to set up inside,
which would receive and relay the signals. Powertec have the ANBR8
Cellular Phone Repeater system for the GSM network available, but

Cheapest prepaid divert?19 Feb 2005 18:54 GMT21
I noticed vodafone prepaid is 60c/min. I was shocked to say the least,
18 months ago I used to be charged 7c/min or 30s on a $30 plan. Why
the sudden jump? Anyhow, I need a prepaid provider or lowend plan with
a cheap divert,
Motorola V535 , V62019 Feb 2005 08:49 GMT5
I am currently using a Nokia 6100 and is thinking switching to either
the V535 or V620.  Having always been a Nokia user, I wanted to try a
flip-top (clamshell) mobile.
Any reviews / comments on these two mobiles?
Qn on diversion charges overseas...18 Feb 2005 12:39 GMT4
If you're overseas, and your phone diverts incoming phonecalls for
messagebank etc - should you be charged for the diversion at overseas rates?
Normally when I'm overseas and someone calls and they get my paging
service, it is charged as a regular diversion (within Aust).
Can you divert SMSs?18 Feb 2005 08:54 GMT2
I have a business mobile which is basically an old Nokia with a flat
battery which is set to divert calls to my personal mobile.  This is great
for calls, but if someone was dumb enough to SMS my business mobile, I
wouldn't get the message.  Is there a way to divert SMSs to my ...

Nokia 5510 Security Code17 Feb 2005 13:45 GMT17
I purchased a 5510 as a prepaid pack in 2002, and I'm now giving it to
my dad. He wishes to change the security code, but the default code
(12345) as stated in the user guide does not seem to work (I never
bother using/changing that code since I bought this phone). I asked the

TPP+ recharges still result in "Communic8 Southbank" being printed on the

Quality of Telstra Mobilenet Call Centre17 Feb 2005 08:58 GMT72
I rang 125111 earlier to find out if Telstra has GSM coverage at Uluru.
I was telling the operator that I was having problems with the online

suburb if you're not actually familiar with the area, and they ...
