Does anyone have any recommendations for a prepaid SIM deal with a cheap SMS option? I intend to use the SIM for SMS only, connected to a computer to send and receive notifications and basic commands for a database.

| 'HomeCap' - new $39 Optus fixed-line plan | 31 Mar 2005 13:32 GMT | 5 |

| "Hello, I'm John Howard, I've taken the unusual step of contacting you..." | 31 Mar 2005 05:42 GMT | 53 |

Is receiving photos on mobile phones reliant only upon the phone handset being capable of doing so? Or does the mobile account have to be set up to permit pictures to be sent to it?
